Our Beginnings
Affinity Vaccines started in the early 2000s. A sister company, Affinitas Insurance Brokers, was first asked to organize corporate flu vaccination programs.
Between 2004 and 2006, Affinitas conducted large workplace vaccination drives. These efforts immunized thousands of employees and raised awareness about preventive care. As a result, institutional vaccination became more organized and accessible in the Philippines.
By 2006, we had developed an operational model that remains the industry standard. This included professional medical teams, strict cold-chain procedures, centralized scheduling, and complete reporting. In 2008, Affinity Health and Wellness Corporation formalized these services. Affinity Vaccines became the dedicated division for corporate and institutional immunization.
From Advocacy to Organization
By 2006, we developed a model that remains the industry standard today: professional medical teams, strict cold-chain protocols, centralized scheduling, and thorough documentation.
In 2008, Affinity Vaccines became a dedicated division under Affinity Health and Wellness Corporation. Our mission was clear: make vaccination accessible, efficient, and ethical.
Since then, we have built a nationwide infrastructure, serving major Filipino and multinational companies. Today, we remain the most trusted partner for corporate immunization in the Philippines.
Reinventing Workplace Immunization
In the mid-2000s, adult vaccination was costly, inconvenient, and mostly hospital-based. Affinity Vaccines changed that by bringing vaccination directly to workplaces. Employees and dependents could get authentic vaccines at lower costs. Meanwhile, companies benefited from reduced absenteeism and higher productivity.
Since then, over 100,000 employees and dependents have received annual flu shots through Affinity Vaccines. For example, when Cervarix®, the first cervical cancer vaccine, was introduced in the Philippines, we led workplace HPV vaccination programs, protecting hundreds of thousands of women.
Building a Culture of Prevention
Over the years, we have protected employees from influenza, HPV, and other preventable diseases. Today, more than 100,000 employees and dependents receive annual vaccinations through Affinity Vaccines.
When Cervarix®, the first cervical cancer vaccine, arrived in the Philippines, we led workplace HPV vaccination campaigns, safeguarding thousands of women.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, before vaccines were available, Affinity Vaccines helped protect employees and their families with influenza and pneumococcal vaccines. By offering vaccinations in our clinics, we made it safe for people to stay protected without visiting crowded hospitals.
